positive psychology in business and education

What is positive psychology?

And why does it matter?

Positive Psychology is the ground-breaking scientific study of what makes us feel good, function well and flourish.

Applying the research findings from Positive Psychology makes it possible for us to work more effectively and have a higher quality of life, by enabling us to discover and apply our unique strengths, providing the tools to become more resilient in the face of set-backs, and helping us build strong and sustainable relationships with others, whether at work, at home or in the community.

Positive psychology is based on research evidence. It’s usually common sense. ‘Practical, useful and simple’, is how a client summed it up. Positive psychology enables you to (re)discover and focus on the things that are most important in your life.
